About Actual Removal Co

Actual Removal Co is a removal and storage business based in Braintree, part of Actual Support Services Ltd, which has more than 45 years' experience in the removals business. The company carries out residential and commercial moves across the country, from local relocations to nationwide jobs. Services include packing and removal with or without porterage, piano and security safe relocation, internal reorganisation, and the dismantling and re-erection of furniture. For commercial clients, the business offers move management, space planning, furniture reconfiguration and IT de-commissioning and re-commissioning.

The business covers London, Essex and surrounding areas. Moves begin with a site visit or video call to discuss requirements, followed by a free quotation. On acceptance, complimentary packing boxes with tape are delivered. A 30 per cent deposit confirms the move date, and the balance is due five working days before the move. Packing materials can be supplied, and a £200 deposit is payable if boxes are required before the move is confirmed.

Actual Removal Co also operates its own storage facilities with fully alarmed and insured containers built to industry standards, measuring 7ft high by 7ft long by 5ft wide. Archive storage, general storage and containerised storage are available. The business holds Employer's Liability and Public Liability Insurance of £10 million each. Staff are uniformed and fully trained, with CSCS certification.
