The monthly report starts once you claim the listing, which is free. Enquiries by email start with Premium. Premium covers one listing, at £12 a month plus VAT. You can cancel renewal at any time and your subscription will not renew any further. VAT at the standard rate (20%) is charged on every payment, so each monthly payment is £14.40 including VAT. Each receipt from Stripe shows the VAT.
Premium listings appear towards the top of your town's lists, town pages and service pages. When several businesses in a town have Premium, they take turns at the top, so no particular place is promised. Below the Premium listings, the ones we checked most recently come first, then the most complete ones, and a paid check does not count as one of our checks. Each Premium listing shows the words "Premium listing".
Owner verified (paid check): within the last year the business confirmed, on the phone number or email it already publishes, that it runs this listing and that the details were current. Insurance seen (paid check): at that check the firm's insurance certificate was seen, and it had not expired. The Owner verified and Insurance seen badges are not part of Premium, and paying for Premium does not add them. A badge already on a listing stays until it runs out (a year after the check that earned it, or the certificate's expiry date if sooner), while Premium is paid, and then comes off. Neither covered the standard of your work. Premium (paid plan): the business pays for the Premium tools. All three carry the word paid wherever they appear, and none is a review, a rating or a recommendation.
Fill in the Get Premium form: your listing, your name, business email and phone number. It takes you straight on to payment, with your half-price first month already applied: there is no code to type. Your claim is checked as any claim is: if your email address is on your own website's domain, and that website names your business and shows the phone number on your listing, it goes through at once; otherwise it's checked against the details your business already publishes. Premium starts on your listing once the claim goes through. If the claim does not go through, the subscription is cancelled and your payment is refunded. If you would rather not pay yet, you can claim free and choose Premium later from your dashboard, where the half-price first month is applied for you in the same way.
Yes. The enquiry form on your listing comes with Premium. There is no charge per enquiry and no commission on the job. Each enquiry tells you what is moving, from where to where, the crew wanted, any stairs and the date, and you reply to the customer yourself. Without Premium, customers can still ring the number on your listing.
Yes, at 20%: £14.40 including VAT each month. The small print above has the detail.
No. A badge already on a listing stays until it runs out, or until Premium ends if that is sooner, because a badge that outlives its check would be a false claim. We never show an insurance figure you typed yourself.
You enter your hourly rate for one, two and three people with a van, your minimum booking, any fixed prices for common jobs, and what you charge for mileage, weekends, stairs and extras. A customer who has used the van size calculator sees a total for their own move on your profile, labelled as coming from your price list. You still confirm the price when you quote.
Yes, at any time, from Manage billing in your dashboard. The plan runs to the end of the period you have paid for and is not renewed. Your listing carries on as a free claimed listing, no longer towards the top of your town's lists.
