Moving job sheet template

A printable job sheet for a man and van move: the job and the price agreed, both addresses and the access, an inventory with each item's condition at collection, times, miles and both signatures. Type your business name and it prints at the top.

Why a job sheet

A goods in transit claim is easier to make when the condition of each item was recorded before it was moved, and a recorded condition settles whether a scratch was there before. A sheet signed at both ends does both. It also records the hours and miles an hourly price was worked out from.
