Alexanders Removals

About Alexanders Removals

Alexanders Removals is a family-run removals business covering Cambridgeshire. It was established in 2003 by Alexander Grice, who started with himself and a single van after several years working for other removals companies. The business now runs a fleet of four purpose-built removal trucks and has over 20 years of experience.

The services are domestic and commercial removals, packing and storage. Packing is available as a full service or as partial help, and boxes, paper and tape can be supplied. The boxes are collected once unpacking has finished. Customers can store belongings for a few weeks or for much longer, and the storage facilities run 24/7 security measures. Alexander also launched the first self-storage facility in Huntingdon, after identifying a gap in the market for storage.

The business is based in Huntingdon, Cambridgeshire, and covers all areas in the United Kingdom. Customers include people moving home and businesses relocating their offices or premises. Unique or delicate items can also be moved.

In 2022 Alexander retired and handed the business to his son, who has been part of Alexanders since 2007. Removals, packing and storage can be booked together or separately, and questions or appointments are arranged through the contact form.
