About All Moves Preston Ltd
All Moves Preston Ltd is a Preston removals business started by Dave in 1995, after many years in the removal industry working for large international companies across Europe, mainly on MOD work. Dave began with a van and a friend doing local moves and working as a contractor to bigger companies. Darren joined him later, and the site says he came on board with the intention of growing the business.
Today the business has a large warehouse, a self storage company, an 18t removal truck and 4 smaller 3 year old vans. The business is a member of an accreditation scheme for independent movers.
Services include house moves, moves into and out of storage, furniture moves and a complete packing service. Jobs described on the site include a heavy eBay purchase moved from Warrington to Preston, a move from the south of England to the north, a two day move, and furniture moved into storage while restoration work was completed. On one move the team loaded part of the load the night before and finished in the morning. Furniture is covered, wall mirrors and pictures are placed in protective coverings, and everything is itemised. Customers fill in a form to get in touch.
