Allen and Young Removals

About Allen and Young Removals

Allen and Young Removals is a removals business based in Barnet. The firm carries out house moves, flat moves and office removals, and it also provides packing services ranging from packing selected items to packing an entire house. The business uses 3.5 tonne Luton vans with tail lifts, and moves are carried out by teams of two or more staff members.

Packing materials are supplied by the business, and special materials can be brought for antiques or fragile items. Customers can choose to pack themselves, have the business pack some items, or have the entire house packed by the team. Packing normally starts at least one day before the moving day, though single-day packing and moving is available when time is tight. Unwanted packaging is collected after removal for reuse or recycling. Boxes and tape can be purchased at a discount.

Allen and Young Removals covers London and throughout the United Kingdom. Commercial services include office removals, auction collection and delivery, furniture delivery and assembly, carpet and large item delivery, white goods delivery and installation, and landlord removal and clearance services. A van can be booked for a specific job or hired by the hour or for a whole day. The firm carries £5,000,000 public liability insurance. Business customers can qualify for 21 days payment terms, and VAT can be reclaimed for all services. Quotations are provided in writing.
