About Arthur Owen Removals & Storage

Arthur Owen Removals & Storage is a family run removals business founded in 1947. Almost all of the current staff are second and third generations of the original employees. The business is a major employer in the local community and reports 23 professionals and 3,100 removals annually.

Local removals cover Chester and the surrounding counties of Flintshire, Cheshire and Denbighshire. National moves reach North and South Wales and the rest of the United Kingdom, and an international service is also listed. Domestic removals come with a personal Move Manager, and commercial moves are carried out throughout the UK. Insolvency practitioners and administrators can use removal and storage services for UK wide cases. A fleet of modern vehicles is used.

Storage includes a climate controlled, fire and intruder protected warehouse, self storage units with 24/7 access, secure vehicle storage in shipping containers and insulated container storage for home owners, businesses and tradespeople. Contracts of different lengths can be arranged.

The business operates on behalf of many large UK removal brands registered with the British Association of Removers. A video site survey over Zoom is offered for quotes, and an online quote form can also be used.
