About Beck's Removals & Storage
Beck's Removals and Storage is a removals and storage business based in Havant. Originally started as Island Removals on Hayling Island in 2001, the company has grown and now operates from a modern, CCTV-monitored warehouse in Havant. Beck's carries out house moves, office relocations, packing and storage across Hampshire and the South Coast.
For house moves, the business handles planning, careful loading and transport, with optional packing. Office removals cover desks, office furniture, IT equipment, files, stock and crates. Out-of-hours and phased moves are available on request to reduce disruption. The business also moves fragile and high-value items for interior designers, with custom crates for mirrors and glass-topped pieces, plus blanket-wrap for other items. A Store-2-U mobile container service is offered, where a secure container is delivered to the customer's address, loaded by the team, stored at the Havant warehouse, and re-delivered when ready.
Beck's covers Portsmouth, Havant, Fareham, Waterlooville, Hayling Island, Petersfield, Emsworth, Chichester, Gosport and the wider South Coast, with regular routes into London for designer projects. The business provides site surveys to check access, parking, lifts and stairs before moves are booked. Storage is available at the CCTV-monitored Havant warehouse for periods ranging from two weeks to several months. Goods-in-transit and warehouse insurance is included on commercial jobs. Free mattress covers and protective equipment are included, and 25 per cent off the full packing service is offered as a one-time promotion.
