About BestMove Logistics Ltd

BestMove Logistics is a family-run removals business based near Walton-on-Thames, serving Chertsey, South and West London and further afield. The business handles home removals from studio flats to large houses, office relocations, student moves, budget removals with friends or family helping, and moves from storage. It also delivers parcels to pallets across the UK and Europe.

Home removals include packing, dismantling and reassembling furniture, and the business supplies sofa covers, transit blankets, mattress protectors and transit wardrobes to protect belongings. Packing materials such as environmentally-friendly boxes, bubble wrap and tape are available for customers to buy, or the team can pack the day before the move. Fragile items such as china and glassware are fully protected. For office moves, the business can recommend IT technicians and electricians for wiring and connectivity at the new premises. Budget removals provide a fully equipped Luton van and driver to help organise goods while friends or family carry items. Student removals offer a choice between driver-only service or additional staff to handle fetching and carrying.

Each move begins with a site visit to assess requirements, and a narrative breakdown is provided with the quote. BestMove Logistics holds public and employee liability insurance with cover up to £10m. A lead operator is on-site during every move to handle anything that arises. The business receives most work from customer referrals.
