BG Removals & Storage is a family-run removals business based in Nottingham. It carries out house removals, office removals, piano removals and single-item moves for domestic and commercial customers. Packing services range from fragile packing of china, glass and artwork to full packing where all contents are boxed, labelled by room and wrapped in tissue paper, bubble wrap and removal blankets. Wardrobes are covered with blankets, and special boxes are used for curtains and artwork. Furniture is dismantled and reassembled at the new address.
BG Removals & Storage covers Nottingham, Derby, Leicester, Mansfield, Chesterfield and beyond, with moves across the United Kingdom and internationally. The fleet includes 18 tonne, 12 tonne and 3.5 tonne purpose-built removals vehicles. For storage, items are collected in removals vehicles, packed into large wooden containers and stored in a secure warehouse until delivery is arranged. Containers are placed next to the vehicle during loading and unloading to reduce effort. Customers can use one or more 35 square foot storage units as needed.
BG Removals & Storage was established in 2009 and holds public liability insurance covering goods up to £25,000 or more. A free survey and quotation are offered before each move. Staff are uniformed and trained in handling furniture and household goods. Packing materials including cardboard boxes, wardrobe boxes, bubble wrap, mattress covers, sofa covers and tape are supplied.
