About Big Red Movers

Big Red Movers is a removals business based in West Bridgford. It carries out house removals, office removals, piano removals and provides packing services and secure storage for domestic and commercial customers across Nottingham and the surrounding areas of the East Midlands. The business was established in 1996.

Big Red Movers completes a detailed inventory of all items before securely packaging belongings for safe transportation. House removals include protective packing and personalised moving support. Office removals are designed to minimise downtime. Piano removals cover upright and grand pianos for home or venue relocation with specialised packing and transport. Packing services use sturdy cardboard boxes, mattress protectors, screen covers and shock tape. Precious belongings, televisions and hi-fi equipment are handled with care, and expensive garments are packed into wardrobe cartons. A fragile items only packing service is conducted on the day before the move, or a complete packing service can be arranged where bathroom items are packed on the morning of the move itself. An unpacking service is available where all boxes are emptied and packaging cleared away. Packaging supplies including boxes, bubble wrap, acid free paper, garment hanging boxes and tapes are sold at trade prices for customers who prefer to pack themselves. Secure storage is available for personal or business items, with flexible options.

The business has a fleet of five trucks and covers all of the UK.
