About Browns Removals & Storage
Browns Removals & Storage is a family-run removals business that has carried out removals locally and nationally for over 40 years. Its pages refer to a removals company in Peterborough, and it covers local, national and European removals.
The services listed are removals, storage and packaging. Removals can be set at the level of service a customer needs for an individual move. Storage is held in purpose built units that vary in size, so that a customer pays only for the space needed. The packing service is full or part, arranged to suit the customer.
The business describes the steps of a removal. First a customer asks for a free quotation, and a member of the team visits to gather information, or a video call can be arranged, so that the correct vehicle and team are allocated. Once the quotation is accepted, a provisional booking holds the removal date. The customer then confirms the booking, and an acceptance form is sent with the confirmed details.
The business states that it has a well-trained team and the equipment and vehicles needed to transport belongings securely. It also notes that moving home involves paperwork for solicitors and agreeing dates with everyone in the chain.
