About Clark & Sons Removal

Clark & Sons Removal is a family-run removals business based in Blackpool, owned and operated by Michael Clark. The business has traded for over 100 years and spans five generations of the Clark family. It moves households and offices of all sizes, and also provides containerised storage from its warehouse near Blackpool.

The services listed are domestic removals, office removals, storage, full packing of glassware and china, part packing of fragile items, delivery of packing materials in advance, export wrapping of furniture and antiques, dismantling and reassembling of furniture, and handling of pianos and antiques. The business operates a fleet of purpose-built furniture removal vehicles and covers Blackpool, Lancashire, Poulton-le-Fylde, Lytham St Annes, Preston, Fleetwood, Cumbria and the North West of England on a daily basis. Regular service runs extend to the North and South of England.

Work begins with a site survey to assess the removal and plan the packing and transportation. Purpose-built packing cartons are delivered in advance, and customers can pack themselves or have the crew carry out full packing. All furniture is wrapped in heavy duty blankets, mattresses are protected, and garment cartons transport hanging clothes. Office moves can be scheduled for nights and weekends to minimise disruption to businesses. Containerised storage is available, and a full export wrap service is offered. The business provides comprehensive insurance cover for goods in transit and holds detailed inventory records.
