About Ferriday & Alder Limited
Ferriday & Alder Limited is a removal business based in Reading, established in 1974. It carries out house removals, commercial relocations and international moves for customers across the UK and overseas. The services listed are full packing and removal, part-packing, storage, and specialist handling of antiques, fine china and fragile items.
The business covers Reading, Didcot, Wallingford and nearby areas, and also moves customers to other parts of the UK and abroad. Ferriday & Alder operates a 25,000 square-foot secure storage facility for customers with gaps between moving dates. Each move starts with a one-to-one consultation to plan around each customer's needs. Packing materials are supplied, and the team handles large furniture, antiques and modern electronics. For overseas relocations, the business manages customs clearance, shipping and door-to-door delivery.
Ferriday & Alder has been trading since 1974 and serves customers across Berkshire, Buckinghamshire, Hampshire, Oxfordshire and Wiltshire. Customers can request a free quote at their property or via video call. Fridays and the end of the month are busy periods, so early booking is advised to give more choice of dates.
