About Giant Transport
Giant Transport is a removal and storage business based in Salisbury. Founded in 2020, it started with a single Luton van serving self-storage customers and has grown to operate three lorries following an Operators Licence obtained in early 2023. The business carries out domestic removals, commercial office removals, European removals to France and Spain, and regular moves to Ireland and Scotland. Packing and unpacking services are offered, along with storage facilities.
The business transports unique items such as antiques, artwork, heirlooms, pianos, grandfather clocks and large furniture. Packing materials including acid-free tissue paper, triple-wall boxes, fitted quilted covers and hanging wardrobe boxes are supplied. The storage facility contains over 300 units and features advanced security systems with access available day and night. The team can arrive a day before moving day to prepare, and belongings are unpacked and arranged at the new location.
Giant Transport covers Salisbury and across the UK for local, national and international moves. The business holds comprehensive insurance covering belongings throughout the moving journey. Packing materials can be ordered for delivery or collected from the Salisbury premises. Quotes are offered with a clear breakdown of costs.
