About Its In Transit Removals & Storage
Its In Transit Removals & Storage is a removals and storage business based in Lincoln, established in 2010. It carries out house moves, flat moves, office relocations and student moves across Lincolnshire and the UK, from part house moves to full removals. The business also offers a packing service, with options for full packing of a house, fragile packing for china and glassware, or packing to specific requirements.
The fleet includes an 18-tonne lorry, two Luton vans, two transit vans and a 14-foot box trailer. Storage is held at a facility in Lincoln with 22 indoor rooms ranging from 200 to 1000 cubic feet, and 10 insulated shipping containers of around 160 square feet each. The containers have roof insulation to prevent condensation, corrosion and mould. The storage yard is secured by 2.4-metre palisade fencing, shuttered entrances, 24-hour CCTV with nine cameras, and a fire and smoke detection system. Each container and indoor room has an individual lock and key.
Its In Transit Removals & Storage offers removal crates for hire, delivered a week before moving day and collected a week later. Cardboard boxes, bubble wrap and packing materials are available for customers who pack themselves. Quotes are provided after a house visit or by telephone discussion. The business holds insurance for removals, and customers can request proof of cover.
