About Joe Carr Removals & Storage LTD
Joe Carr Removals & Storage is a removals and storage business based in Ruskington, covering local areas around Sleaford and travelling anywhere in the UK. The business states that it has 30+ years of experience. It carries out local and nationwide moves, office moves, packing and storage.
The process starts with an enquiry form. A pre-move survey follows, in which the business visits to assess the move and then sends a free quote by email. Each move is arranged to suit the customer, for distances of 2 miles or 200 miles.
Packing is offered as a part pack or a full pack service. Customers who prefer to pack themselves are supplied with materials, delivered when the quote is accepted and collected once everything is unpacked, and packing guidelines are sent with the quote. A dismantling and reassembling service covers furniture such as beds and wardrobes.
Storage is held in the business's own in-house storage, in 20ft containers or wooden crates. The business states that all moves come with goods in transit and storage insurance included in the quote. Flooring, carpets and stairs are protected on arrival, and sofas are covered with professional covers. Mattresses go into mattress bags, and large pictures and mirrors go into padded picture bags.
The office is open Monday to Friday from 7:30am to 6:00pm, and on Saturday from 8:30am to 12:00pm.
