About Jon’s Removals
Jon's Removals is a removals business based in Haringey, founded by Jon in 2008. The business provides packing, moving and unpacking services for residential and office relocations across London and throughout the UK. Services include full or partial packing of homes and offices, unpacking at the new location, furniture and electronics assembly and disassembly, and access to self storage through local storage companies. Packing supplies such as boxes, tape, bubble wrap, china boxes and wardrobe boxes are available to pre-booked clients.
The business covers London and the UK. Work begins with a visit to assess packing needs, and customers can choose to have their entire home packed, specific rooms only, or fragile items only. Furniture is disassembled, wrapped and packed before loading onto moving trucks, then reassembled at the new property. Unpacking services range from bringing items into the home to placing belongings in chosen locations and disposing of packaging. Fragile items are carefully padded and wrapped with wrapping materials designed for fragile furniture protection.
Jon's Removals holds liability and goods in transit insurance. The business moves almost all items, including unique or very large items that may require additional movers or special equipment such as a furniture hoist or truck with tail-lift. Customers can book next day if availability allows, though advance booking is recommended. Parking suspension can be arranged if needed.
