About London Moving Services LTD
London Moving Services is a removals company based in Watford. It carries out house moves, flat moves and long-distance removals across London, Hertfordshire and the UK, with packing, furniture dismantling and reassembly, and storage. The business also provides international removals to the Middle East, Europe and worldwide, handling export packing, shipping, customs clearance and door-to-door delivery.
For house removals, London Moving Services offers fixed-price quotations after a survey or hourly rates for smaller moves. The team protects furniture and floors with blankets and wraps, loads the vehicle, transports goods to the new address and places items in agreed rooms. Packing options include full packing, fragile-only packing or self-pack with delivered materials. Furniture is dismantled and reassembled as part of the service. Storage is available in sealed containers for household goods, racked and pallet storage for boxed items, and white glove storage with quilted covers and crating for fragile items such as glass and marble.
The fleet ranges from long-wheelbase vans for studios and small moves to 18-tonne vehicles for four-bedroom houses and long-distance work. Crews are matched to the volume and distance of each move. London Moving Services covers Watford, Bushey, Harrow, Wembley, Pinner, Northwood, Ruislip, Borehamwood, St Albans and Hemel Hempstead, and handles moves between London and the rest of the UK. Collection and redelivery are included with storage, with inventory and labelling by room. London Moving Services is an IAM member and IAMTrusted accredited moving company.
