About Readie's Removals & Storage - Colchester

Readie's Removals & Storage is an independently run removals business based in Colchester. It carries out house removals, office relocations, UK removal services and European removal services. The business also offers packing services, from supplying packing materials for customers to do themselves to providing full professional packing. Packing materials available include boxes, packing paper, packing cases, bubble wrap, acid-free paper for silverware and portable wardrobes.

The business works locally and long distance across the UK and Europe. Readie's Removals has over 10 years of trading. Work begins with a free pre-move survey at the customer's home, where a surveyor assesses the volume of possessions and discusses packing requirements and any additional services needed. A full written quotation with a fixed price follows. The business is insured up to £40,000 on each van, and storage facilities have insurance cover up to £1,000,000.

Storage is available from one week for as long as required, based in Great Horkesley, Colchester, at prices starting from £15 per week depending on the size of possessions and space required. The business can collect items from customers and pack and store them on their behalf. Customers can retrieve stored items as and when they wish. Payment is accepted by credit card or cheque, payable in advance.
