About Robert Draper Removals & Storage
Robert Draper Removals & Storage is a family run removals business based in Sevenoaks. Robert and Fiona Draper started it in 1973, and the business states that it has over 50 years of experience. Its fleet of lorries was already in use in 1978. The owners handle each move personally.
The business has been a full member of the British Association of Removers since 1976, and its membership number is D025. Members follow the association's Code of Practice and are audited annually.
The packing services run before and after a move. A full packing service covers an entire property. A breakables packing service wraps china, glass, ornaments and pictures, with cartons supplied for the rest. A custom packing service covers a single room or a single item on an hourly rate basis, and custom made wooden crates are available for high value furniture, art and chandeliers. Customers who pack for themselves can be supplied with materials before the move. Unpacking is offered as a full service or by the hour.
Robert Draper Removals specialises in piano removals, moving any piano from upright to concert grand, up and down stairs, in schools and private houses. A crane is used to remove pianos from buildings with difficult access. Antiques are also moved, and the business offers disposal of household furniture.
