About Sol Moves LTD Transport Removals Storage
Sol Moves Ltd Transport Removals Storage is a removals and storage business based in Eastbourne. It moves household goods and business equipment between the UK, Spain and Europe, and offers man and van services for smaller moves. The business provides packing services, dismantling and reassembling furniture, and storage in purpose-built warehouses.
Packing is listed as one of the most popular services. Items are wrapped in quilted pad wraps, and fragile or unusually sized goods are packed in custom-designed boxes with polystyrene foam void fillers. Clothes are stored in wardrobe cartons so they remain on the rail during transit. Electrical items are wrapped and placed in padded boxes or returned to original packaging. Furniture is dismantled before the move and reassembled at the destination. All items are recorded in a digitalised inventory listing. For items requiring extra protection, customised crating services are available. The business handles paperwork for customs on removals from Spain to the UK.
Sol Moves operates two warehouses, one in Eastbourne and one in Malaga, Spain. Both have CCTV cameras and entry systems. Storage units are airtight containers with climate controls. Storage is available for a few days or for as long as needed. The business also offers a part-load service, allowing customers to share a container with others shipping to the same region on the same day. Comprehensive insurance is available to protect belongings during the move.
