About Stokes Removals & Storage
Stokes Removals & Storage is a family business that has specialised in domestic removals for over 50 years. It began with one removal van and now has a fleet covering the whole of Leicestershire and the surrounding areas, including Loughborough, Melton Mowbray and Rutland.
The services listed include household removals, overseas removals, office removals, storage and packing. Three packing options are offered: a full packing service, part packing and self packing. The packing team moves furniture, electrical equipment, ornaments and large musical instruments. Moves can be arranged at a convenient time, including out of hours and weekend office removals.
Staff are fully trained, uniformed, vetted and insured, and the business plans each removal around the customer's requirements. A quote can be requested by phone or by completing a DIY inventory form and emailing it back, and a home or business survey can be arranged.
Discounts are offered to NHS staff, emergency services, military personnel and students, and also for long term storage contracts. The business states that it trains its staff in customer service skills, and it says that customers are treated as individuals from the first phone call to the end of the move.
