About Stripes Movers

Stripes Movers is a family-run removal company based in Ware. It offers man and van services, removals and courier services to customers locally and across the UK. The business was started by a father and son who have a lengthy background in furniture retail, where lifting and moving heavy and awkward goods is a regular part of the work.

The services listed are house removals, flat removals, single-item deliveries, courier services for fragile products and business documents, and man and van jobs. Commercial clients include The Range, Impulse, JFK and Beales department stores. Stripes Movers covers Ware, Hertfordshire, Essex and North London, and operates throughout the UK for larger jobs.

Work begins with a call to discuss the job and receive a quote. Quotes are often given during the call, or the business will contact within a few hours to offer a price. Items are collected from homes or business addresses, and customers are alerted before collection and notified once delivery is completed. Commercial clients receive rates on Luton vans equipped with tail lifts for larger loads. All removal and delivery vans are covered by comprehensive public liability insurance. The business has more than 10 years of experience and draws on its background in furniture handling to move large and awkward items.
