About Surrey Hills Removals
Surrey Hills Removals is a removals and storage company in Surrey, now an independent firm and a sister company to Manns Removals. Its history goes back to 1887, when the business began as the furniture delivery service for the Manns department store. The Managing Director, Nick Caporn, started his career in removals over 40 years ago as a trainee manager with Pickfords, and later founded the company.
The business handles house, office and storage removals and international moves across Surrey. Local house removals, long-distance moves across the UK and European removals are all listed. Commercial relocations cover offices, factories and warehouses. Storage is offered at dedicated facilities for periods of different lengths. The team has moved a Steinway grand piano as well as boxes of toys.
The site states 30+ years in business and lists BAR accreditation and reviews on Which?. The fleet is modern, and the vehicles carry GPS and tracking technology. Professional handling equipment is used.
The business sponsors Esher Rugby Club and supports a hospice by handing out bags for customers to fill with pre-loved items, which are collected on the day of the move. Free quotes are offered. Moves of all sizes are covered, from local relocations to national and international moves.
