About Taxitruck Removals Limited
Taxitruck Removals Limited is a family-run removals business based in Maldon, operating across Essex since 1975. It moves households and families locally and nationally, and also provides storage and self-storage facilities. The services listed are house removals, flat moves, overseas removals, packing services and storage.
The business covers Colchester, Chelmsford, Witham, Maldon, Danbury, Braintree, South Woodham Ferrers and Tiptree. Taxitruck Removals operates from modern premises with storage facilities and a modern vehicle fleet. Packing is done using specialist packing materials and processes, with boxes labelled by room and contents marked clearly so items are easy to find and put away in the new home. Furniture is covered and loaded on the vehicle to protect it during transit. Customers can choose to pack themselves or use the professional packing service, and packing materials can be supplied.
The business has been trading for over 50 years and holds membership of industry bodies and quality standards. Staff are experienced professional movers who receive full training and are monitored to ensure work is done properly. A specialist move manager is appointed to each customer to oversee the entire process. The combined experience of the team is over 500 years. Taxitruck Removals has operated under new management since 2019.
