Thomas Masters Removals & Storage

About Thomas Masters Removals & Storage

Thomas Masters Removals & Storage is a removals and self storage business in Barnsley. The Thomas Masters name has been established since 1899, and Thomas Masters Removals and Self Store began trading in 2016, headed by Keith Dunn Junior and his team. Mick Spink, who has more than 35 years of experience in the removals industry, guides the removals side, which offers a complete service for moves locally or nationwide, from a small flat to a large house.

The self storage facilities offer 7000 square foot of storage space in storage units, with shipping containers also available, in large, medium and small sizes. Storage holds anything from single items to a full house, with weather protected, secure units and containers monitored by CCTV. Customers can rent one or more units and buy a padlock and key or use their own. Contents can be viewed during opening times from Monday to Saturday, and on Sunday by special appointment.

A porter service helps to unload a van into a unit and reload it later, for a fee, and a forklift is available for large items. The business can also collect items from the customer's home. Units are used for archive storage, business documents, office furniture, market stall products and household items, and some units have heating, wifi and electric points suited to a small business.
