VAN on the MOVE

About VAN on the MOVE

VAN on the MOVE is a removals business based in Wandsworth that has been trading for over 15 years. It carries out house removals, flat relocations, office moves, packing services and single item deliveries across London and the United Kingdom. The business also offers international moving services and motorcycle recovery.

House moves are handled from packing and loading through to transportation and unloading. The team dismantles and rebuilds furniture as needed. Professional packers are trained to handle fragile items, glassware, furniture and electronics using packing materials. Packing services are available separately at £35 per hour per packer plus materials. The business operates on an hourly basis with a minimum booking of 2 hours.

VAN on the MOVE covers London and throughout the United Kingdom, with services available 365 days a year. A Luton van with tail lift and 1 helper costs £70 per hour, or £90 per hour with 2 helpers. Long-distance moves are charged by postcode with a return time and petrol fee. Congestion charges and ULEZ fees apply where relevant. The business is run by Eduardo Van Der Haagen, the director. All vans and staff are covered by goods in transit insurance with a £250 excess payable by the customer. Clients are responsible for arranging parking at both pickup and destination points.
