Watson Removals & Storage

About Watson Removals & Storage

Watson Removals & Storage is a family-run removals business based in Reading. It moves households and offices across Reading, Caversham, Earley, Woodley, Wokingham and the Thames Valley, and it also handles long distance removals from Reading to anywhere in the UK. The services listed are house removals, office relocations, packing and unpacking, furniture dismantling and reassembly, and secure storage.

The business operates its own fleet of maintained lorries and employs crews directly rather than subcontracting. A named move manager looks after each job from the initial survey through to the final box. The process starts with a free survey to assess access, parking and property size, followed by a written fixed price quote. On move day, uniformed trained crews protect floors, door frames and furniture before loading, and items are placed room by room at the destination. Packing options include full packing, part packing or fragile items only, with materials such as double walled cartons, wardrobe boxes, bubble wrap and picture cases supplied. Unpacking is available with all packaging taken away afterwards.

Watson Removals & Storage covers all Reading postcodes and extends across Berkshire to Basingstoke, Henley-on-Thames and Newbury. The business holds goods in transit and public liability insurance as standard on every job. It has traded for more than a decade and is rated 4.9 out of 5 from 127 verified customer reviews.
