Wicked Storage and Removals

About Wicked Storage and Removals

Wicked Storage and Removals is a removals and storage business in Ludlow. Jason Stanley set it up in February 2013 with 3 vans for self-drive purposes only. Three months later it completed its first house move for South Shropshire Housing Association, now Connexus, and has worked with that organisation since. The business now has 12 vans, 7 cars and 3 storage sites.

The team includes removals co-ordinators, an office manager, a junior removals co-ordinator, a removals assistant and handyman, a master packer, and a mechanical apprentice who helps in the service garage. Co-ordinators carry out house move viewings, take bookings, deliver packing equipment to customers and attend the move day itself. Moves take place throughout the UK. The handyman takes furniture apart and puts it back together at the new house.

Vans are prepared for each house move with blankets, tools, bubble wrap, boxes and stack trucks. The business is listed as the first choice removal company for referrals by Mark Wiggins for clients in Shropshire, Herefordshire, Worcestershire and Powys. Wicked Storage and Removals also hires out vans, and customers have used its storage for pictures and curtains. Staff raised over £2,000 for Help for Heroes on a motorbike trip from Land's End to John O'Groats.
