Funnell's Removals & Storage

About Funnell's Removals & Storage

Funnell's Removals & Storage is a family run removals company based centrally in Banstead. It carries out home removals throughout South London and Surrey, and household removals throughout Britain. The firm has been moving Surrey and London since 1969 and has over 40 years of experience. Staff are trained and wear uniform.

The business moves pianos of all types, grandfather clocks, barometers and antique furniture. It also carries part loads or single items and runs office removals, either as an internal move or a complete relocation of a company, locally or nationally. Export packing is part of the experience of the team.

Packing is offered at several levels. The full home packing service has packers visit a day or two before the move to box up everything from crockery to books, computers and pictures. Part packing is made to fit the customer's requirements. Breakables packing covers china, glass and pictures for customers who pack the rest themselves. Export wrap protects furniture and antiques in transit, and an unpacking service puts belongings in the right rooms and takes away the packaging. Boxes and materials can also be supplied in advance for owner packing.

Containerised storage and archive storage are available, including a file retrieval and delivery service. The facilities are alarmed and secure. The business offers free estimates and advice and holds comprehensive insurance cover.
