Red Lion Removals

About Red Lion Removals

Red Lion Removals is a family-owned removals and storage company based in Cardiff, South Wales. It carries out house moves, office relocations and storage of belongings for customers across Cardiff, the South Wales area, and the UK and EU. The business offers full-packing services where its team packs an entire home, part-packing where customers pack most items and the business handles fragile goods, and self-packing where customers pack their own belongings using materials supplied by the company. Dismantling and assembling of furniture such as sofas, tables and bed frames is provided, and packing materials including bubble wrap, cardboard boxes and heavy-duty tape are available. Storage is arranged for customers who need to keep belongings for weeks or months between moves.

Red Lion Removals is fully licensed and insured. The business operates seven days a week and provides free quotes. Work begins with a video survey or self-survey to measure rooms and assess what needs to be moved, and the team advises on whether furniture must be dismantled to fit through doorways. The company uses a modern fleet of vehicles fitted with satellite tracking systems. Red Lion Removals was started as a family business to create a moving company that keeps its word and delivers customer service.
