About SMS man and van

SMS Man and Van is a removal business based in Tower Hamlets. It moves households and small businesses across London, the UK and Europe, using vans of different sizes and teams of helpers to suit each job. Services include house moves, flat moves and single-item collections. The business supplies moving boxes, bubble wrap, tape and other packing materials, and offers next working day delivery.

SMS Man and Van operates 24/7 and covers all areas of London as well as locations across the UK and Europe. Hourly charges start from £50 per hour with a minimum booking of two hours. Work begins with a site visit when needed, and furniture is wrapped in blankets and packed into the van. The team arrives on time and loads items from any room, then unloads at the new address. Customers can book a morning or afternoon slot, and the business responds to last-minute bookings.

The business is run by Miled, who leads a team of helpers. Recent moves have included relocations from central London to Eastbourne, office moves completed in under 1.5 days, and single-item collections such as sofas and tables. The team handles possessions with care, waits at the destination if needed, and completes jobs efficiently. Items are carried in a Luton van with a tail lift.
