About Soldiers On The Move
Soldiers On The Move is a removals and logistics business based in Wythenshawe, founded by ex-servicemen. The firm carries out domestic and commercial relocations across Manchester and the UK, from local moves to long-distance relocations. Services include house moves, office relocations, man and van transport for single items, packing and unpacking, storage, and international moving services.
The business covers the North West, Greater Manchester and Cheshire. Work begins with a visit to assess what needs moving and provide a quote. The team packs items using protective materials, loads them with padding, straps and blankets, and transports them to the new address. For international moves, the business coordinates with overseas partners to manage customs clearance and delivery at destination.
Soldiers On The Move was founded with a mission to support the veteran community with employment and meaningful work. The workforce is made up primarily of Armed Forces veterans, including current serving members and Reservists. The business is fully licensed and insured. Each customer has a dedicated move manager as a single point of contact throughout the relocation. The firm holds over 280 five-star reviews on Google.
