About Top Removals Ltd

Top Removals Ltd is a removals company based in Chafford Hundred and West Thurrock. It carries out house removals, office removals, man and van services, international removals and storage. The business also offers packing services including full packing, partial packing, fragile item packing, export packing for international moves and unpacking. Cleaning services are provided through its sister company Top Cleaners, covering end of tenancy cleaning, spring cleaning, carpet steam cleaning, upholstery cleaning and after-builders cleaning.

Top Removals was created a decade ago by Emil Perushanov and Dimitar Dimitrov. The business is a full member of the British Association of Removers and the National Guild of Removers and Storers, and holds the BS EN 12522 standard for domestic removal activities. All removal services come with insurance included in the price. Employees are vetted and have undergone background checks. The business operates seven days a week with nationwide coverage and has a modern fleet and secure storage facilities with 24/7 CCTV monitoring.

The business covers London and surrounding areas, and handles international deliveries between the UK and Europe. Jobs start with a property survey to assess requirements, parking and access. Furniture can be dismantled and reassembled, and large appliances, antiques and musical instruments are transported. Packing materials are collected and disposed of after unpacking, with waste recycled where possible. A move coordinator organises different teams when multiple services are booked together.
